The Deckel Maho Dialog 112 operator panel is a complete machine operating and input unit for the DMC 70 V CNC machining centre. The panel is used for entering programs, machine commands and numerical values as well as for manually operating various machine functions.
The front panel is equipped with an alphanumeric keyboard, function keys, numerical keypad, navigation keys, machine function buttons and several control elements. It also features an emergency stop button, on and off pushbuttons, two key switches and three rotary controls for adjusting different machine parameters and override values.
The front is marked Deckel Maho, Dialog 112 and Grundig numeric. A RAFI printed circuit board with the visible marking 5 40 552.013-000 is installed on the rear. Connection to the machine control system is provided by several multipole connectors and ribbon cables.
The operator panel was removed from a Deckel Maho DMC 70 V and is particularly suitable for maintenance, repair and spare parts stock for existing Dialog 112 control systems.
The item is used and shows significant signs of age and previous operation. Abrasion, discoloration and areas of corrosion are visible on the front panel. One key cap in the upper keyboard section is damaged or partially missing. The two keys shown in the product image are included with the operator panel.
