The exchange price requires the return of a complete and repairable m&h RWP20.10 including the HSK 63 tool shank within 14 calendar days after receiving the replacement unit.

The return shipment must be prepaid, securely packaged and free of charge for us. The original wooden case does not have to be returned with the defective unit.

If the defective unit is not returned on time, is incomplete or cannot be repaired, the EUR 600.00 net difference to the regular purchase price will be invoiced subsequently.
